Sunset Villas

Sunset Villas Phase 3 is a condo complex of 9 buildings, located in Blue Lagoon, near the Miami International Airport, whose main population is retired and senior citizens. Poor customer service and late responses were the biggest issues this client was previously dealing with. We allocated one of our response teams to their area so our emergency response time turned in less than 1 hour!
