Situated along the iconic Miracle Mile in Coral Gables, this three-story establishment offers an immersive culinary experience rooted in authentic Oaxacan cuisine. Maíz y Agave combines artisanal dishes, handcrafted cocktails, and vibrant design, spanning a lively patio, intimate second-floor dining, and a spirited rooftop bar to celebrate Mexico’s rich heritage right in the heart of Miami.
Brouss Elevators completed the new installation of a dumbwaiter system to support the restaurant’s daily operations. The project included engineering, permitting, delivery and installation, ensuring efficient vertical transport of food and supplies between levels while enhancing service and functionality.
Brouss Elevators supplied and installed two new wood-finish laminated cab panels, custom fabricated to match the existing elevator dimensions. The project included:• Removal of existing interior panels
• Fabrication of new high-quality laminated wood-finish panels
• Installation, alignment, secure mounting, and site cleanup
• Work performed by qualified elevator interior technicians
